Chanel’s official manicurist for Australia, and founder of eponymous Sydney salon, Jocelyn Petroni has put together a little something to keep your hands looking their best. Enter, the ‘At Home Naked Manicure Kit’, a take-home kit which allows clients to re-create Petroni’s cult-favourite ‘The Naked Manicure’ treatment (we tried it, and yes it’s worth the hype), without leaving the house.

Petroni announced the DIY kit via Instagram, saying “In honour of our renowned salon treatment The Naked Manicure we have put together a beautiful AT HOME NAKED MANICURE KIT.”
The kit costs $145, and ships anywhere in Australia. It includes:
Professional nail file: “Suitable for all nail types and easy to use.”
Professional nail buffer: “Perfectly buffs the nail plate clean of cuticle skin and for best polish application.”
CND Rescu RX keratin nail treatment: “Applied each day to a clean nail plate this serum-like oil repairs all types of nail damage and seriously strengthens the nail plate. The perfect treatment to repair nails whilst in isolation.”
CHANEL La Crème Main hand and nail cream: “Hand wash and sanitising gels are drying and dehydrating for the skin and nails, it’s important to replenish with a nourishing hand cream. This cream contains May rose wax, exclusively grown by Chanel in Grasse, forms a protective layer that locks in moisture.”
The silver lining to all of this (and when it comes to your beauty regime, there’s plenty) is that it might be the perfect time to take a break from gel, SNS or Shellac manicures (once you remove them properly, like this), and give your natural nails time to recoup.
